Triangle Interests is proud to sponsor Triangle Interests Federal Credit Union (TIFCU), the first and only national lesbian credit union in the United States.

TIFCU is a not-for-profit financial cooperative with a federal charter. Deposits are federally insured up to $100,000. Like other credit unions, TIFCU's services are designed to help members make the most of their resources; and, unlike banks, TIFCU will not generate profits for an outside group of stockholders. Earnings on loans and investments are reinvested into the credit union to expand services, lower loan rates and maximize dividends returned to members.

TIFCU is a nonprofit financial institution. It is owned by its members and not to benefit financially any particular individuals. TIFCU's mission is to help lesbian women put our money where our community is by building a strong financial network for lesbian women.
